Creating a Come and See Culture

Everyone involved in your ministry, from staff to volunteers, is measuring the quality and success of your environments against something. Everybody has a definition of success. As a leader, it is your responsibility to determine what success looks and feels like in each of your ministry environments. Once you’ve clarified the win, then it is imperative that you train your staff and volunteers to execute with your definition of success in mind. The clearer you are about what success is the better they will perform and the less frustrated you will be.
