Churches are not immune. In fact, we've seen that organizational health can have even more of an impact on churches than many secular organizations.
To this end, the Irresistible Church Network has partnered directly with the Table Group for training, resources, and other assets to help churches improve in the areas of organizational health.
During our Organizational Health Engagements, we begin with a 2-day, on-site workshop where we interact around material from The Advantage, 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, The Ideal Team Player, The Working Genius, and additional Table Group concepts.
That workshop inevitably yields follow-up activities for the church. We'll arrange 2–3 zoom calls with the senior leader or leadership team within 60 days of the workshop to status the follow-up activities and recommend additional actions.

Teams will complete both the Online Team Assessment and the Working Genius Assessment from the Table Group.

Initial workshops are best completed in two consecutive days without significant interruption.

Optimal audiences are comprised of one team that works and meets together regularly.

Travel expenses and other out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. assessment fees) also apply and are billed separately.
