Soul Care Cohort (For Senior, Lead, and Executive Pastors)

As we begin a new year of ministry, here are a few questions that may be helpful to reflect on:

• Are you too busy and fast-paced in your role as a church leader?
• Are you relying too much on strategy and effort to create a healthy church?
• If you could learn from others who have found out the hard way, would you want to know the secrets they've discovered?

If any of these questions resonate with you, join us for this three-part cohort exclusively for Senior, Lead, and Executive Pastors as we explore ideas that help us care for our souls. We'll discuss things like:

• Living as an apprentice to Jesus.
• Finding strength through silence and solitude.
• Establishing healthy rhythms of rest.

During each session, you'll meet with an Irresistible Church Network Consultant and up to 14 other cohort members.

You can also expect interactive discussion and building on ideas together along the way with a consistent group. As such, please do not substitute team members across sessions or invite other members of your team to participate with you.
