Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards.  Enter your card details in the Payment section of the checkout page to pay by credit card.

In addition we accept several express pay options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. These express pay options can expedite your checkout process by pre-filling in your shipping address and payment information. From the checkout page look for the “Express checkout” options at the top of the page.  You will see a button for any express pay option you are eligible to use.

If you want to use Express checkout, click on the button for the express payment method you want to use.  Then follow the rest of the on screen instructions to complete your order.

Unfortunately, our store is not set up to accept any mailed payment like cash or a check. We do provide the option to pay via Paypal if you or your organization do not have a credit or debit card. To pay via Paypal, you will need to have or set up a free Paypal account, which connects directly to your bank account, allowing you to pay without the use of a credit card.

Our system requires immediate payment at the time of order. So we are unable to bill or invoice any organization not already established as a wholesale partner.

We offer discounted pricing for some of our products when ordered in quantities of 10 or more. If this discounted pricing is available, it will be noted directly under the regular retail price on the product page. The discount will be automatically applied when a qualifying number of copies are added to your shopping cart. 

If you want to inquire about discounts for orders of more than 100 units or on products for which this automatic discount is not available, please submit a support request.

Shipping

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1:30 pm (ET) will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed on the following business day. Please note that our Distribution Center is closed on Fridays. Orders placed on that day will be shipped the following Monday.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Media Mail - Available for books, DVDs, CDs, and study guides. Usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. All Media Mail is routed through Memphis, TN. When the weight limit is less than 13 ounces, GA residents should consider First-Class Mail if the order is time-sensitive. Please note: Media Mail should NOT be selected if your order is time-sensitive. 

United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail – Available only for packages weighing less than 13 ounces. The tracking number is provided. Usually delivered within 3–8 business days from the pickup, however, delivery is not guaranteed. 

United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail – Tracking number provided. Usually delivered within 2–4 business days from the pickup, however, delivery is not guaranteed.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage - This service is an affordable and reliable way to send packages inside the U.S. in 2-5 business days from the pickup,  however delivery is not guaranteed.

FedEx Home – Tracking number provided. Most FedEx Home Delivery orders are delivered within 1–5 business days from the pickup.

FedEx Ground – Tracking number provided. Most FedEx Ground orders are delivered within 1–5 business days from the pickup.

FedEx 2-Day – Tracking number provided. Orders placed before 1:30 p.m. Eastern will be delivered by the end of the second business day.

FedEx Standard Overnight – Tracking number provided. Orders placed before 1:30 p.m. Eastern will be delivered by the end of the following business day. 

Please note that we do NOT offer FedEx Saturday or Sunday delivery. Orders placed on Fridays with Standard Overnight Delivery will be delivered on the following Monday.

Packages weighing less than four pounds will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Package International Service, usually delivered within 7–14 business days. Packages weighing four pounds or more will be shipped via USPS Priority International Delivery, usually delivered within 4–10 business days.


Customs Information
If you place an order to be delivered to a foreign country, please be aware that the recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches that particular country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


Expedited Shipping
We're sorry but expedited shipping is not available for international orders.

Expedited Shipping 

We're sorry but expedited shipping is not available for international orders.

Yes, USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail shipping services are available for orders shipping to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.

We work hard to minimize shipping expenses as much as possible. The shipping costs you pay reflect the costs of our carriers: USPS and FedEx. 

USPS Media Mail is a domestic shipping option for qualifying orders that offers you a more cost-effective choice.  This is a great option that will save you money when your order isn’t time-sensitive.

We wish we could offer expedited, low-cost shipping, but as a non-profit ministry, we reinvest every dollar in creating products that make church—and God—irresistible (rather than subsidizing shipping expenses). Ordering directly from us, even though shipping expenses apply, helps us go further, faster with your financial support. 

Many of our products are available through Amazon. They are a much larger distributor so you may be able to find a better shipping rate.

Order Status

After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email (usually within 30 minutes) letting you know that we've received your order. Then, when your order ships (usually within 24 hours), you will receive another email with tracking information. Click the link(s) provided in this email to see the latest delivery updates. 

If you don't receive or can no longer locate your shipping confirmation email, you can also find tracking information for active orders in your account. If you are not currently signed in, click the account icon at the top of any page. Log in, and your recent orders will be displayed. Click on the order number of the order you'd like to track . Your tracking number will appear next to the date on which your order was fulfilled.

Sometimes order confirmation emails are caught in spam filters. Check the spam folder of your inbox to identify if this has happened.

You can always check the status of your order and confirm that it was properly submitted by logging in to your account and searching for the most recent order placed under your Order History. If the order was submitted, you can click the order number for a status update. 

If you can't locate your order, please put in a support request.

The most common answer to this question is that you ordered a downloadable product and may not have realized it. If so, the good news is that you already have immediate access to it—no more waiting! 

If your product was downloadable, you should have received an email alert that your download(s) are ready. This email should have arrived within an hour of placing your order. If you cannot locate this email, please put in a support request.

If your order was not downloadable, you should have received a shipping confirmation email when your package left our warehouse. Click the link(s) in this email to see the latest delivery information for your package. 

Additionally, you can find tracking numbers for all orders by logging into your account and clicking on an order number. While your package is in transit, a tracking number will appear next to the date on which your order was shipped. (Note that tracking numbers can sometimes take up to 24 hours to reflect accurate information from the shipping company.) 

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we don't have any additional information about its location beyond what the tracking number shows. If your tracking number is not working correctly or you need to let us know about another delivery issue, please put in a support request.

Tracking numbers are generated when your package is prepared for shipment in our warehouse. But it can take up to 24 hours for the package to be picked up and scanned by USPS or FedEx. So tracking numbers may not be activated for up to 24 hours from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email. 

If you're still having trouble tracking your package, please put in a support request  and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Returns

Within 90 days of purchase, we are happy to accept the return of any items in new condition. 

Because our products are updated and reprinted on a regular basis, we cannot accept returns of items purchased more than 90 days earlier. 

Return Process:

  1. Please put in a support request with the subject type of ‘Return’.  We will let you know if your items are returnable and what restocking fees may apply.
  2. Mail your item(s) back to us. Please package them carefully since we will not be able to issue a refund for any products that are damaged in transit. If possible, include the order number or name associated with the order and mail your item(s) to:

    Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs and choice of carrier when sending a return. 
  3. Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund via your original method of payment. 
  4. You’ll get an email notice that your return has been accepted and a refund has been issued.

Once you have purchased a downloadable product, you are immediately provided permanent access to the digital files. So unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on downloadable products. 

If you purchased a downloadable product by mistake or accidentally purchased an additional copy of a downloadable product you already owned, we’ll be happy to help. Please put in a support request.

Account/Login

Your username is the email address you entered when setting up your account. If you do not remember which email address this is, or if you are still having trouble logging in please put in a support request.

We can help you find and/or reset your account credentials using your name and shipping address.

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link located at the bottom of the sign in screen. 

You will receive an email prompting you to reset your password. This email should arrive within 30 minutes of your request. If it has not arrived, check your spam/filtered email folder. 

If the password reset email never arrives or if you're still having issues logging in, please put in a support request.

To edit and/or add a shipping address: click the account icon at the top of any page and sign in. Under Account Details, on the right hand side of the page, click the "View Addresses" link to see and/or edit all past shipping addresses.

To change your password: click the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign in page. You will receive an email (usually within just a few minutes) that has a link for resetting your password.

To change other account details (like your email address or name): please put in a support request.

You can view order details or get a copy of your receipt in two ways:

  1. You can access the confirmation email sent to you when you originally placed the order. Click "View Your Order" (see image below) and you'll be directed to the order confirmation page where you can print a copy of your order. 
  2. You can access your past orders from your account dashboard. Just use the "Sign In" link at the top of any page. Once you sign in, you will be automatically directed to your account dashboard or you can use the "Account" link at the top of any page to navigate there. Then select "My Orders" on the left side of the screen where you can view your order history. If you need a printed receipt for a specific order click on the highlighted "View Order" option and then "Print Order" in the top right corner of the screen. 

If you are unable to locate the original confirmation email, please put in a support request and we'll gladly send a copy of your order receipt.

Downloadable Products

These are the easiest ways to access your downloadable product(s): 

  1. The order confirmation page will have a "Download Now" button. (Note: this takes just a few moments to appear.) 
  2. You will receive an email alert when your downloads are ready. Click the link(s) in this email to begin downloading your file(s). 
  3. Log in to your account and look for your Order History. Click on the Order Number associated with your download. 
  4. You can then click on the highlighted "Download Here" option to access the files.

If you purchased a downloadable product after June 6, 2018 , you should have received an email (usually within 30 minutes of placing your order) alerting you that your downloads were ready. Click the link(s) in that email to begin downloading your file(s). 

If you purchased downloadable products from us before June 6, 2018 , you still own those downloadable files, but unfortunately, they are no longer easily accessible from your account. (We made some changes to our online store and are so sorry for this inconvenience.) 

If you need access to a downloadable product you purchased in the past, please submit a support request. We are happy to resend a download link for any past purchase.
