1-on-1 Coaching Package
Participate in a monthly, 1-on-1 coaching call with an Irresistible Church Network ministry area-specific consultant.
Our consultants have, on average, over a decade of experience in leading their particular ministry area at a church that is focused on attracting and engaging unchurched people.
- Coaching is facilitated by a vetted, trusted coach affiliated with the Irresistible Church Network with experience coaching and leading within your ministry area.
- Coaches leverage Irresistible Church principles, best practices, and systems so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.
- Coaches will work with you to proactively develop a customized coaching plan that meets your development needs while leaving room to address situational challenges that arise in ministry.
- You and your coach will decide how often to meet based on your individual goals and objectives; the number of sessions may be extended by adding another Coaching Package.
