We hope you're doing well! ICN is pleased to invite you to an exciting new Communication Cohort led by Bert Crabbe, a communication coach from the ICN network and the Lead Pastor of True North Community Church in Bohemia, NY. This initiative focuses on Andy Stanley's "Double-Barreled" preaching model, and we believe it can significantly enhance your communication effectiveness.

What's Involved?

  • 5 Monthly Cohort Sessions (live on Zoom)
    • We will watch a 20-minute segment of one participant's sermon each month, provide group feedback, and hear the coach’s insights.
  • 1-on-1 Coaching with Bert
    • After your sermon is featured, Bert will meet privately with you for deeper discussion, encouragement, and personalized feedback.
  • Digital Tool
    • Short reflections and assessments will be submitted after each session.
    • At the end, you'll receive a customized Communication Growth Plan, compiled from your inputs and Bert's notes.
